    I stood quietly and patiently at the counter of the small shop where all customers are very visible. Saff were seated at a computer at the same desk facing me about 5 feet away. While standing I got out two phones and a tablet and a staff member who was seated with two others , one of whom was staff and the other seemed like they were, waved and mouthed/ gestured quickly "wont be long" 15 minutes poassed and the three women were still staring at the computer screen so I left . Not good enough at all. I had all sorts of ongoing business for Optus and I made a special trip in for zero.

    I strongly commend the employees at the Optus store in the Pakenham Market Place, I couldn't have had a better experience. I was serve by Sarah who went above and beyond to help with the issue I had and ended up giving me the best possible outcome. Thanks guys
