  :-( What a unpleasant experience I encountered with the staff member on the phone! First submitted my online interest, no one replied, not even an email, then called, someone took a message, and three days later got an reply. I was on the phone with a lady who basically interrupted my every sentence! And finally I thought I will make an appointment, she asked me price range, I gave her a range and before I even finish my sentence, she basically replied: do not bother! WTF?! Able to afford their product or not, I deserve some respect! Lucky did not get anything from their shop! No sense of customer services at all!!
