  I went there to launch the passport application for myself and four of my kids as I had too many applications I decided not to apply for all at once so did on separate days within a week. Mine and three of my kids application went well but when I went to apply for my elder, first they said the picture is not clear very pale and yellow. Take the pictures again and come back. I went to the office works and told they tried few times but finally ended on giving the refund. We again went to the post office and took,pictures from there. After attestation from one of our friend we went back to post office again on Saturday to apply for a passport as we had to travel in 3 weeks times and was planning to apply as priority....the post office lady came with long nails to check and process my application. At first she said the form is chopped off from bottom not going to accept after a little argument she quite about that but I sensed that she is going to make it a trouble for me. After that she checked all the documents and tested the pictures and said I need a birth certificate as the child was born overseas. I gave him passport my photo I'd Medicare but she didn't accept and was reluctant. I applied for all my kids without birth certificates even when I gave before they gave back to me that they don't need it for my other child. Any ways, she made a big mess. I had to travel and needed a passport so I drove back home to get his birth certificate and came back. She checked the documents again signed them and at the end when she was pasting the pictures on the form "OH THERE IS a MARk ON THE PICTURE" what?????? Seriously women she didn't accept the application after wasting one hour and sooooo and told me to go back and bring another picture and I am sure she made that mark with her long witchy nails....if there were a mark she should have told me before when sent me for a birth certificate. She just wanted to tease me.....I think this was my last visit to pakenham post office.....

  I find the staff friendly and helpful in store, but inconsistent regarding parcels. Sometimes they're delivered. Sometimes not. Sometimes you need ID. Sometimes not. Sometimes they want the parcel thing they deliver to the mailbox. Sometimes I get a text message. Who knows. I heard they write out 'sorry we missed you're cards before leaving the office too! Also, the staff are often bitching about each other and bickering out back. Looks bad, guys. Small store, don't go in expecting to find more than just basic post requirements and a few gifts.

  The Post office is runing under human resources. As I mentioned, stuff is very friendly and hopeful..except ond of them

  Vey bad experience. Seems like some staff is there just to annoy customers. Vey poor service.

  It depends at what time you're coming in but avoid the last 60 minutes before closing business hours. You might have to wait ...1 hour !

  The posties are so bloody lazy!! This will be the 5th frigen time I’ve had to get my pastels from the office because the postie is too effen lazy to come to my door!! Yesterday the postie was so lazy he didn’t even come to my house! Got a text saying they came and left even though I was home out the front of my house cleaning the car and when they apparently came they didn’t even leave the ticket in my mailbox!
