  Every visit gets us attention to anything we may need - Today, thanks Daniel for your attention to detail, from asking Vet for info re mosquitoes, to Google reference re Weatherbeeta, and harnessing options for car suitable and reputable to breed and details. Nothing was too much trouble and attention to detail was a bonus. Always happy to visit. Happy customers - ALWAYS.

  Took my rabbit here to see a vet for a general health check, nail clip and vaccination. The vet was very rough with him (first time he was getting his nails done) pinning him down (not very hard) but holding his paw backwards to clip his nails and not letting go even though he was struggling and thrashing I was really scared he was going to hurt him. He told us to put him back then remembered he had to give him the vaccine so we had to get him out of the carrier again causing more stress. He didn't want to answer my questions and kept deflecting them. I don't believe he had any experience with rabbits and didn't take his time to keep him calm just wanting to get it over and done with, he didn't check his ears or nose which was my main concern.

  Very friendly staff, the grooming area is 9/10, they do a good job but are fairly expensive ($110 for my German Shepherd). I have zero complaints about the work they did though.

  We take our dog to be groomed every 10 weeks or so and couldn't be happier with the service. The groomers are skilled, professional and obviously treat the dogs well. Our dog is always excited to go and be groomed and always looks good.
