  They need a numbering system/take a ticket when you walk in rather than everyone trying to get up when they say whos next. Would run much more smoothly and would stop everyone looking so confused and annoyed

  Went for my truck license in Hallam they said can go to any Vicroads and pay for the license there so called Vicroads the lady yes I can go to Pakenham Vicroads and do it so finished work early drove an hour to get there only to find out they only do 2 things there such as make payments and another licensing thing!!! MOST POINTLESS VICROADS EVER AND SHOULDN'T EVEN EXIST!!! I RATE YOU NO STARS!!!!

  Needs at least another staff member to keep up with the amount of people coming in and a numbering system. It would also be helpful if you could do more than 1 thing per appointment... I was told when I arrived I needed two appointments to change both my rego and licence to Vic...

  I did my P test on Pakenham vic roads and the inspector was actually friendly. When I started doing my test I have done few mistakes which are not that bad but I still passed my test.
