  10months since the fire, tenant has had no heating all winter, ac unit still not replaced, did not replace water soaked gyprock, carpets still not replaced, will have to spend thousands on engineers inspections once they finally hand back the house told them if they couldn't find a contractor in the yellow pages then they might like to go down to the local library and borrow a computer to google someone.

  Do not use these people. Even Alliance told me I was a second tier client for using them. You'd be better to open a Bunnings account and do the repairs yourself.
