  I went here once and had quite a rude hairdresser. She asked what I wanted and when I said I wanted it layered she asked me "why?" Like it was a weird thing. It shouldn't matter what the customer wants you put a smile on your face and do it. It didn't even turn out very good. Never going back.

  Website needs to be updated. I rang to find out where the salon was located, only to be told they were closed, even though the website says they are open 9am -9pm

  Worst customer service! 2 ladies playing on their phones, no customers in the shop. Very rude and basically looked at us as if we had 2 heads. Asked about pricing for a wash and straighten, was told at least $60 because I apparently have long hair (it's only just past my shoulders). Fair to say we walked out, even if they charged half that I would have walked out due to their attitude. Luckily I found a lovely little salon that did my hair for less than half that price and were very polite and did a great job.

  Worst customer service ever. The hair dresser was really rude and I felt that they are doing me a favour. Although not my usual place I wanted to try the options in this area as I recently moved here. It seems the hair dresser never heard of the style(short quiff) I requested and tried to explain what I wanted. Eventually it turned out really bad and had to go to another place to fix this.
