    Absolutely love this club!!! I regularly go out to Pakenham for work and I tend to set a routine where I like to train before heading home and AF Pakenham is my stop without a doubt. Carmel the manager is an absolute legend she is so bubbly and full of positive energy towards not only her job but most importantly the members. Jowell the PT is one of the best PTs Ive met. Keep it going Packy!! Love ur work.

    This gym is amazing ! Classes are awesome staff are super kind and welcoming Carmel the manager is the best always smiling and helping the members out ! Very clean and cool with the air con ! Equipment is great ! And loving the club challenges !! Highly recommend
