  Purchased a hallway table and was told I would have to pick it up in 6 weeks. 3 months later I was still waiting for the call they promised. I gave them a ring and they gave me the ''oh yeah it's coming in tomorrow'' response. Had to pick it up from a completely different suburb because that's where their head office is located and I could only pick it up during very restricted hours. Brought the product home and while attempting to put it together found that it was missing two pieces, that one piece of wood was cut the wrong length and that the wood itself had no holes drilled into it.... rang the store and was told that no one there knows the refund policy because apparently it's ''all done through head office''. Was also told we would have to return it through head office during the restricted hours that they will allow us to return it. Overall, horrible customer service, ridiculous processes with absolutely poor communication, all for a product that is faulty and missing parts.

  I live on 4 acres so I was able to burn all the boxes, but my wife wasn't impressed.

  We had a fantastic experience with the team at focus in pakenham! Christine was so helpful, and very paitent with me. And the delivery drivers, wow! There service was outstanding. Couldn't of asked for a better experience. Thankyou!!

  Been a long time since I've found actual customer service in a store. The days of being greeted, having your name spelt correctly on orders and being called if problems or delays may occur are gone, for the most part. However, this store still holds traditional service values which I use as a marker to check other retail stores. If you want some where with great service, try these guys, I'm not saying they will provide you with magical furniture, or give it to you for free, however, if you hate being ignored, and want somebody to help you figure out what you want, they're great.. I'm not sure about other stores, but pakenham are decent.

  had no issues with staff and the delivery drivers were lovely however they left all the boxes and rubbish out the front of my house, i rang the store in pakenham and told them and she just said to me they dont take the boxes and i have no way of disposing them as they are massive boxes. poor poor part of their service if you ask me! considering they charge a mint for their furniture.

  Delivery and products must all be handled externally to the store as I spoke to other people to arrange delivery.
