  Terrible service from accountant .Will not be going back in a fit and would never recommend them to anyone.. We were still waiting for a email to arrive from the 25th of September from the accountant. Had a phone call from the accountant at 6.52 on 20/11/2017 and a few things were said and I said goodbye, the accountant replied hope you have a miserable life I asked him to repeat that comment and the wife heard him say it .When we left the accountants office he told us he would send us a email in the afternoon check it press the submit button. We had been with our previous accountant for 25 years and never had any problems with him. And we never had any emails from the accountant above. Phone calls yes but no emails what so ever. Is that right about our previous accountant you are sorry that he did not address your issues correctly that is why we stayed with him for 25 years. You know why that never happened about the issues because we never had any with our last accountant. Well we went to another accountant in Pakenham never had a issue with him because he knew what he was doing for us and we even got a larger refund back than the other accountant said were going to get. It just shows that you have to look around to find a very good accountant in Pakenham and word off mouth speaks volumes.

  We tried to get a loan for an investment property through our regular broker and had no luck, a friend mentioned Anita from Choose Wealth and said get a second opinion, we had already signed the contracts and had a deadline to meet, Anita didn't have a lot of time, but managed to have the unconditional approval by COB on the final day. What a great company would highly recommend, they will bend over backwards for you.
