  Once I would have given JB hi-fi 5 stars. But they shipped my delivery with TOLL... Worst experience ever. If you can't find what you are looking for instore, DO NOT ORDER ONLINE.

  Went in to buy an expensive PS4 bundle, went up to the sales counter to get some help and see if they price match with one of their competitive stores... I got one word in before I interrupted and said “we would never price match gaming bundles, and by the way we don’t have that game in stock”

  Friendly customer service. Only has a couple of vinyl records. Ideally not a real problem. Ample range of home entertainment and appliances. Definitely worthy a walk through. Easy access form car park. Ample parking.

  I am of the 'older generation' & I bought a Hisense TV last Sunday & was served by Ben who was very helpful. Yesterday I tried to get TV set up & going, but to no avail, so drove back down to your Store & they called for someone to assist me & it happened to be Ben again. He was so helpful & drew diagrams etc & showed me ports on your Display Hisense which enabled me to go back home & in a short while I'm happy to say I had my TV going, just as he had said. I would like to thank him personally for his knowledge & passing it onto me in a way that I understood. A very nice helpful young man. Please pass on my thanks to Ben.

  I then left and called a different JB HI FI to a lovely customer on the phone and she said yes we price match and I’ll put aside the bundle for you as there’s not many left.. currently on my way to pick it up!

  Bought some headphones, the sales guy (Stefan) was really good. Was nice and happy to buy since it didn't feel like I was just some customer. Happy to go back for him if I need something else.

  Cons: terrible delivery options. Slow and expensive for what is worst than Australia Post.
