  We use the Pakenham store even though a distance from home for the expertise of the manager and staff. The customer service is of high level and the information received to any questions we may have is delivered in a way we can understand. We don't feel like we are just pushed to buy product. Highly recommended store for all round support and expertise.

  Friendly customer service. Easy access form car park. Ample parking. Great variety of car accessories. Special sales on frequently. Just off the main highway. Ample staff to assist with your needs.

  Went in for new wiper blades. The staff helped me get the right ones, generic brand, and installed them for me. Great service.

  Went in twice in 2 days as I was trying to install a stereo, on the second visit I was talking to a young sales assistant who was doing a great job in helping me, heard some people laughing and I turned around to see 3 so called senior staff looking at me, obviously I was the joke, it gets better though! I told the "3" what I needed, turned out they thought they new better than I did, about my own car..lol..once I politely explained what I needed, they realised that maybe they should have just let me finish what I was trying to tell them in the first place, they looked stupid, I got the last laugh! I've been in the car game for the best part of 30 years so I have a little bit of knowledge, not according to sales assistants though...very rude, won't be back again!
