  I wish to complement Ash on his genuine customer service. It is not often that some one would go out of the way to help. My wife bought a recliner for me , when delivered we discovered the leg rest was not operating properly . We phoned and it was organised the chair be picked up. Ash picked it up by himself , delivered the next day and set up replacement. We thank you and cannot recommend you to prospective customers.

  Excellent customer service, affordable prices and very helpful staff members. Even when some items I requested were out of stock, they offered me to deliver the display unit which is in a perfect condition until the new item comes back. Very happy with the services, quality and the price.

  My first port of call for any subsequent furniture will be to Mr Furniture, Pakenham. It's a busy place, but that is because the service is second to none, and personalised for you. I initially bought a lounge suite, which was sourced for me by Chris from the manufacturer from a lounge I liked (but not exactly) on the floor. Then I bought a dining suite, which had a small fault in one of the chairs. A phone call, and a replacement chair appeared that afternoon. Next was an entertainment unit, which I asked for from the floor as it was already assembled. A boxed unit turned up; a phone call later, and Chris arrived with his tools to assemble it for me. Everyone I have had dealings with at this store, including the delivery men, has been friendly, polite and willing to go the extra mile in the way of service, and I thank them all. My report - SIX STARS!
